Jennifer knew from a young age that she would be a writer. She obtained her BA in English from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, focusing her studies on World Literature, British Literature, and Marketing and has completed additional graduate coursework in Communication Technology and Social Media at Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA.
Jennifer’s rich and diverse work history has contributed to her success as a writer, designer, and business communicator. Her clients span a broad industry spectrum with their own unique and ever-changing needs. As a right-brained creative working in a left-brained business world, Jennifer has found the perfect marry of the two in professional business writing, providing job-seekers with visually stunning and meticulously crafted resumes as well as a large portfolio of professional development specialties.
Jennifer is heavily involved in the hockey and sports community at all levels. She is the General Manager of the Murrysville SportZone where she founded the Pittsburgh Women’s Ball Hockey League. She was the first female commissioner of the National Ball Hockey League Women’s Tier and is one of the General Managers of the USA Ball Hockey Women’s National Team where she won a gold medal in Switzerland in 2024. She is the former GM of the US Women’s Master’s Team (Prague 2022-Gold, Buffalo 2023-Silver) where she brought home the first gold medal in the history of the USA Ball Hockey adult programs. She is on the Board of Directors for United Women’s Ball Hockey Foundation and an active member of the UWBHF Executive Leadership Team. She is also a member of the International Street and Ball Hockey Federation’s Women’s Committee. She is a former member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) , the Murrysville, PA chapter of the Women’s Business Network(WBN) and Pennwriters. and has been a contributing writer for Pittsburgh Parent Magazine and USA Ball Hockey. Jennifer is also the Director of Communications for the Murrysville Area Soccer Association.
